Yoga was taught to purify the body and mind for thousands of years. Yoga means “to unite” which conveys the goal of connecting the mind, body, and spirit through breathing, meditation, and poses. Yoga is beneficial for our cardiovascular and overall health. Yoga is great for the mind, body, and spirit.
Shield’s 10-Week Yoga Program Mondays at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Centre.
- November 21 to December 19, 2022; and
- January 9 to February 6, 2023
$160.00 for 10-week program with only 30 spots available.
