Please join us this winter for Pilates Classes at the Shield’s Community Centre.
Pilates helps boost confidence and improves self-esteem. Strengthening the core muscles which helps with back pain and can often prevent it from occurring. Whatever your age, the low-impact workouts will not jar or strain the body. The movements are safe and help strengthen the body.
Shield’s 10-Week Pilates Program is being held on Sundays at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Centre.
The dates for the 10-week program are as follows:
- November 20 to December 18, 2022; and
- January 8 to February 5, 2023.
The cost is $150.00 and there are only 30 spots are available.
