The Resort Village of Shields requires a contractor for cleaning services of the Community Centre. Cleaning will be required on a regular basis, after events and activities, and as needed. The contractor will work closely with the Administrator to manage Community Centre rentals.
As per the attached, the duties include regular monthly cleaning of Community Centre, clean washrooms for golf clients during the season on Sundays, statutory holidays, or when village staff are not available, cleaning after rentals and events in Community Centre, manage Community Centre rental bookings and cleaning as requested by Community Centre Committee. The Contractor reports to, and takes operational direction from, Community Centre Committee, while working closely with the Village Administrator. This is an annual contract starting as soon as possible.
