Please join us this spring for Pilates Classes at the Shield’s Community Centre.
Pilates helps boost confidence and improves self-esteem. It strengthens the core muscles which helps with back pain and can often prevent it from occurring. Whatever your age, the low-impact workouts will not jar or strain the body. The movements are safe, help to strengthen the body, create longer leaner muscles, and help with flexibility. Beginner and intermediate levels welcome!
Going forward there are three options for you to participate in Pilates classes as follows:
- OPTION 1. Four classes on Sundays at 11 a.m. on March 12, 19, 26, and April 2. TOTAL = $60
- OPTION 2. Four classes on Thursdays at 7 p.m. on March 16, 23, 30, and April 6. TOTAL = $60
- OPTION 3. Eight classes when you sign up for both Options 1 & 2. Four weeks of classes twice a week. TOTAL = $120
Once you have selected an Option, please pay the total amount, in full, to [email protected] to hold your spot. Class size is expected to be a minimum of 10 people per class.
