PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that:

1. A poll has been granted for the election of:

Councillor of the Resort Village of Shields (1)

1. Voting will take place on Saturday the 11^th day of March 2023, from 9:00a.m. to 8:00p.m. at the Shields Community Hall, 8 Procter Drive, Shields SK.
2. I will declare the result of the election at 8 Procter Drive, Shields, SK on the 13^th day of March 2023 at the hour of 9:00 a.m.

Notice of Mail-in Ballot System

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that:

1. With the establishment of a Mail-In Ballot System in the Resort Village of Shields (Bylaw No.4/20) electors will have until Saturday, February 25, 2023, to apply to vote by mail.
2. An application package consists of:
   1. A voter’s registration form; and
   2. The Declaration of Person Requesting Mail-in Ballot, Form C, Appendix A of the Regulations.
3. is available in person or via email from the Village office.
