Registration is open for fall Yoga at the Shields Community Centre. Yoga is an excellent practice for relaxation and to help manage the demands and stress of daily life. Yoga is also beneficial for cardiovascular health, muscle strength and endurance, and overall well-being. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket or sweater as the room is sometimes cool. All levels are welcome.
This 6-week session runs October 16 to November 20, 2023. Monday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm. $132 per person. To register, email [email protected] Minimum 10 participants are required in order to run the class. Registration closes October 10, 2023.
