Registration is open for fall Pilates at the Shields Community Centre. Pilates is an excellent practice for strengthening the core, gaining flexibility, centering your mind and releasing stress. Pilates can also reduce pain and disability. Please bring a yoga or Pilates mat. Yoga Blocks and eye pillows are available for use. This class is good for beginners and all levels of Pilates are welcome.
This 8-week session runs October 19 to December 7, 2023. Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:00pm. $144 per person. To register, email [email protected]. Minimum 10 participants are required in order to run the class. Registration closes October 12, 2023.
