Please join us in our Fall/Winter Programming for the Resort Village of Shields.
The Village’s Parks, Culture and Recreation Board, along with assistance from the Saskatoon Council on Aging, would like to initiate monthly gatherings called “Hub Clubs”. The Hub Clubs will run from September to May with various information topics, activities and/or learning sessions.
The Hub Club will be held at the Community Centre and speakers will be invited to share information on topics such as travel, estate planning, horticulture, and history. This may also be an opportunity to learn skills such as painting or the use of computers and other technology, or to participate in activities such as dance lessons, movie nights or exercise programs. Anything you may have an interest in, is welcome to be considered.
We invite you to participate in the survey below to help get an idea of the interest in the topics and events that are being considered by the Social Committee. Please rate the suggested topics in in terms of your level of interest. If you have a topic that you would like to see on the list, please fill in the “Other” category.
