Geocaching Easter Hunt – 2021

This year we are hosting a Geocaching Easter hunt to celebrate the season in a covid safe way! Geocaching is a real-world, outdoor treasure hunting game using GPS-enabled devices. Participants navigate to a specific set of GPS coordinates and then attempt to find the geocache (Easter Egg) hidden at that location. Normally geocaches would be something you touch and pick up to find your next clue, but this year in order to be Covid-safe we will have large laminated ‘Eggs’ that families can find without touching. They will be able to read the coordinates on each geocache setup throughout the community, and the coordinates will lead them to each subsequent geocache. The final cache will include instructions that will allow each family who completes the geocache hunt to be entered into a draw for an Easter basket prize!

The start date will be March 31st and families will be able to complete the clues all at once, or over the week until April 8th when the Geocache event will conclude!

The first set of coordinates are: 51.793858,-106.432379

You will be able to begin the Easter Egg hunt anytime after 12:00pm on March 31st! For more information you can email [email protected]
