This is your invitation to participate in yoga classes at the Shield’s Community Centre. Yoga is an excellent practice for relaxation and to help manage the demands and stress of daily life. Yoga is also beneficial for cardiovascular health, muscle strength and endurance, and overall health.
This five-week session runs on Monday evenings from March 13th to April 10th from 6:30-7:30pm. The cost is $110 per person.
Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket or sweater as the room is sometimes cool. All levels are welcome.
