Steps to Register for Golf Pass:

  1. Fill out Online Submission Form:

For the 2022 year and moving forward the Shields Golf course is beginning a virtual membership card program. To register for your 2022 golf pass please fill in all the information listed below and hit submit. If you are purchasing more than one pass, you must fill out the form more than once and click submit each time, but payment for all passes purchased can be submitted together.



2. Make a Payment for Golf Fees:

Payment can be made 1 of 3 ways, but you must indicate how you will be paying when filling out the online submission form.

  • Via e-transfer to [email protected] -if you choose to pay this way a memo must be included in the e-transfer to explain that it is going toward golf memberships, and the name of the person on the membership.
  • Via cheque made out to ‘The Resort Village of Shields’ – if you choose to pay this way a memo must be included on the cheque to explain that it is going toward golf memberships, and the name of the person on the membership.
  • Via cash dropped off to the Resort Village office – if you choose to pay this way a note must be included with cash to explain that it is going toward golf memberships, and the name of the person on the membership.

Before your pass is processed payment must be made!

3. Receive Virtual Golf Pass via Email:

All golf passes will be sent via email to the person who has submitted the online submission form. If you are purchasing a golf pass for someone else, ensure you send them a picture of their golf pass so they can always keep a copy on them while on the course.  The Greenskeeper and other village staff have the right to ask to see each member’s golf pass and photo verification of identity, at any time.
