Update to the notice below:
Operations has been in touch with SaskPower directly and found that the power outage will not be affecting Shields or Thode, only Skyview Estates.

As you may have seen the Resort Village of Shields appears to be in an area for a planned power outage tomorrow from 11:00am -5:00pm.
- Rurals Affected: Skyview Estates and rurals South of Dundurn
